The Lamp to Another Dimension, also called the Stranger Lamp, takes its idea from the mysterious link between two parallel worlds in Stranger Things. Instead of a plain shade, the centerpiece is a twisted, glowing shape that stands in for a gateway or wormhole, as if two worlds were merging right on your desk. It is a model built around that one strange, illuminated shape rather than a full lamp housing.

What does it look like printed?

The printed lamp pairs a clean frame with the twisted core as the visual focus. That core is meant to catch light and show the wormhole effect, so the character of the piece comes from how the light passes through the twisted centerpiece rather than from the frame around it.

How does it light up?

The lamp is built to take a lamp kit rather than a fixed light source. It works with a classic warm-white LED for an elegant look, or with a multicolor RGB kit for a more dramatic, otherworldly effect. The source notes that swapping colors changes the mood of the whole piece, giving the same print a different atmosphere depending on the light chosen.

What lamp kit do I need?

The model is designed to be compatible with the Bambu Lab LED Lamp Kit 001, as well as equivalent lamp kits from other sources. This is the same idea as any vase-mode lamp shade: you print the shell, then fit a compatible LED kit inside it rather than wiring anything into the print itself.

How does it print and go together?

The design is meant for easy printing and assembly, so there is no complicated multi-part build once the shell comes off the plate. The one caution called out directly is to be careful when removing the lampshade from the print plate, since the thin twisted geometry that makes the wormhole effect work is also the part that needs gentle handling at that stage.

Where does it fit

Described as a strange little portal for a desk or shelf, this is a piece meant to sit somewhere it will actually be seen and lit, not tucked away. It works as a standalone light on a nightstand or shelf, or as an odd little addition next to other prints for anyone who likes a bit of Stranger Things atmosphere in the room.
