Halloween 3D printing marathon: six bold eerie finales
Four releases drop tomorrow, two more follow, then Christmas starts

Welcome back, spool hoarders. Pull up a chair, this one is about us and our community.
Our Halloween 3D printing marathon kicks off tomorrow, with four new models releasing on the same day. It’s the busiest single drop we’ve planned for the season, and it marks the point where our Halloween lineup for this year starts winding down fast.
The shape of the Halloween 3D printing marathon
Instead of trickling out the last Halloween designs one at a time, we bundled four of them into a single release day. We wanted to give the season a proper send-off rather than stretch it thin into November. It also means anyone waiting on several pieces can grab them all at once instead of checking back every few days for one model to appear.
Tomorrow’s four models aren’t the end, though. Two more are scheduled for Sunday, which brings the total to six releases still ahead before we close the chapter on Halloween for this year. We planned it this way on purpose: the four-model drop tomorrow and the smaller pair on Sunday are meant to feel like one connected event rather than two separate announcements landing days apart.
Six models, two days, one countdown
Six Halloween releases remain in total: four tomorrow, two on Sunday. After Sunday, we’re done with Halloween entirely and moving straight into Christmas season. That’s not a soft transition either. Our first Christmas designs are already set to start dropping next week, so there’s barely a gap between the last spooky piece and the first festive one.
For anyone who collects seasonal prints, this is a good moment to catch up. If you’ve been meaning to print any of our earlier Halloween models, tomorrow and Sunday are the last calls before our attention turns fully to Christmas. Some of our members like to print a whole set together rather than one piece at a time, so having six models land across two days gives a natural batch to work through over a weekend rather than a drawn-out trickle across weeks.
It also means decorating choices get easier near the end of the month. Instead of waiting on single releases to fill out a shelf or a tabletop scene, there’s a fuller spread to pick from in one go, which suits anyone planning a Halloween display around a specific date.
Why we’re running it this way
A lot of our members print seasonally, filling shelves and tables with Halloween pieces for a few weeks before swapping them out for Christmas scenes. We built the Halloween 3D printing marathon around exactly that kind of schedule. Getting four models out in one day gives enough variety to finish out October without waiting on us, and the two Sunday releases round things off properly instead of leaving the season on an odd number.
The jump straight into Christmas designs next week is deliberate too. We’d rather keep a steady rhythm of releases than leave a quiet stretch between seasons, so there’s no real downtime for anyone following along on Patreon or Thangs. Leon has described this stretch as one of the busier release weeks the studio has run, with six Halloween pieces and the start of Christmas landing inside roughly ten days.
That pace also reflects how the designs get made. Smaller teams working through a season tend to batch releases around natural breaks rather than spread them evenly, and the run-up to Sunday is exactly that kind of batch for us.
Where to catch the releases
The idea board is where we’ve been dropping previews of models before they go live, so it’s worth a look if you want a sense of what’s coming before the official releases land. It’s also where a lot of early feedback happens, which has shaped small details in these designs before we finalized them.
Anyone new to following the studio should expect this pace to continue into Christmas. The Halloween 3D printing marathon has been our way of treating the holiday transition as one continuous run of releases rather than a pause between two separate seasons, and the same rhythm will carry into the Christmas lineup starting next week.
Follow us on Instagram, Patreon and Thangs so you don’t miss any of it. The marathon starts tomorrow, and Christmas isn’t far behind.
We will leave the Halloween 3D printing marathon with you from here. Pick a filament, hit slice, and see what you can make of it — we will be back soon with another idea from the studio.
