We would finally like to introduce you to our “LITTLE BOXES WITH COVER”. The boxes are small and very handy (see 4nd picture). The boxes are great for storing small items, for example at your desk. We often use them to store nuts as a small snack at work.

The special thing about the lid is the pattern. This pattern is created by adding an elevation and the printer thus creates a pattern.

Furthermore, the boxes can be stacked as required.

One special detail is the lid: the pattern isn’t added afterwards — it’s created during printing. I designed a subtle dome/curvature into the top, which forces the printer to lay the lines in a unique way, naturally forming this texture. It’s a simple geometry trick that turns the lid into the highlight of the whole design.

• Filament: Bambulab PLA Matte black, green, blue

• Infill: 10% Gyroid or Grid

• Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm

• Walls: 2

• Nozzle Size: 0.4mm

• Support Structure: needed for the box

• Brim: None needed, but when you have adhesion problems than activate the brim

• Skirt loops: 1
