This highly detailed Dragon Bookend Holder is designed to keep your books securely in place while turning your shelf into a real eye-catcher. The armored knight dragon bust brings a strong fantasy vibe to any desk or bookshelf and works perfectly as a functional décor piece.
The model features a lot of fine surface detail and layered armor elements, which really stand out once printed. We printed it using Bambu Lab PLA Metal, which gives the surface a subtle metallic look straight off the printer.
Printing requires supports, and there are quite a few of them — so take your time with careful removal and cleanup. It’s absolutely worth the effort: the final result looks crisp, solid, and premium.
For an even more realistic finish, you can lightly dry-brush or paint the rivets and raised details with metallic paint. That small post-processing step adds a huge visual boost and makes the dragon look even more like forged armor.
